Building Teams

Building a creative team is hard.

Building one inside a global corporation? That takes vision, stamina, and a sharp read on people and process. I have built teams from scratch, scaled them across continents, and turned loose creative talent into systems that deliver.
Nurturing and Scaling a CreativeTeam at eBay:
Revived eBay’s brand campaigns by bringing together siloed teams, integrating AI-driven insights, and refined the customer journey to improve consistency across brand touchpoints. The result was stronger engagement, a more unified message, and broader global reach.
Building Creative Teams from Scratch at Meta:
Built Creative Services from the ground up. Assembled an in-house agency that handled everything from social and AR to branded content and events. We scaled across NAMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, reduced outside agency spend, and cut costs by 72 percent
Building Creative Teams at Madison + Greenwich:
Built and led a hybrid brand and content team producing multi-platform campaigns for global brands. From docuseries and ads to celebrity partnerships and events, we grew revenue 17 percent, cut costs 20 percent, and passed one billion views across channels.
Building and Running Creative Teams at Rehab Media Works, a Startup Early in My Career
Early in my career, I led creative and marketing at Rehab Media Works, building the team behind PTBuddy, a video platform for physical therapy. I oversaw content production, pitching, customer storytelling, and marketing materials while shaping go-to-market strategy and supporting fundraising efforts. We produced a large multilingual video library that improved the patient experience and positioned the product for growth.
